a bag...three ways....

so i had started an unofficial collection of bags......

too bad they always have logos on them....

and luckily i'm handy and can cover it up...
i keep these bags filled with the stuff i need....like dog crap (oh. not real dog crap...just crap i need for the dog.)
and my crochet stuff (my husband signed up on 3 basketball teams...so i use this one alot!
i have one for my church stuff...
i keep an ongoing on of stuff that we have borrowed...once that bag is full we   run errands and return all the stuff...
a library one.
you get the idea...

first up
you can paint...
this was actually just a plain bag... but you could very easily paint over the logo.....
i use regular tole paint (apple barrel) i don't even mix it with fabric medium cause i know i won't be washing it often enough to make a difference....

second...(and some of third)....
iron on VINYL!!!!!
it's called t-shirt vinyl and i buy mine HERE
(strip flock is fuzzy...easywood is smooth)
and they have GLITTER!!!!!

and i am over at expressions vinyl showing how i cover up these logos....
so go read it cause i'm literally going to pick up where i left off over there....

and the rest of third...

once you get it ironed on....

you add some fabric....(you actually can just use fabric to cover it all up too....your cameo can even cut it out if you want...just sew it around)

now..i took some fabric...and added iron on interfacing to make it stiffer....then i sketched an elephant pattern...
and cut it out...then i laid it out and pinned it where i wanted it and sewed it on!!!!

i literally keep these bags on the back of my closet  or right by the door...
ready to grab as i go!

so as a summary, you can paint, add iron on vinyl, or sew on fabric.
(I am having a flashback of 7th grade english when you write an essay and in the end paragraph you have to summarize all you learned.
thanks mrs. twiggs.

i have these all saved on my computer or awhile...so i don't have links ..all found on pinterest...but you could totally just add stamps...or lay down something as a stencil and paint over it...

really..so many things you can do with a bag!!!!

and if you need plain bags...remember they are fantastically priced HERE
