pencil boxes and index card holders

So I found myself at Walgreens.

bought all these for 35 cents a piece. SCORE

honest though.

had NO idea what to do with them!

But that didn't stop me from decorating them.

Ribbon decorating:

holy mess

shot some hot glue on the inside

attached some ribbon (the nice part of these plastic containers is that the glue comes off pretty easy if you make a mess (see above photo)

hot glued ribbon all around..making sure not to get in the way of part that comes out.

and when I finished I realized that they would be great to hold your sun glasses in.

I took an index card holder and added some ribbon to it

and made a pretty little purse

i know cute right? she got her pink cast on Thursday!

FABRIC COVERED

measure the lazy man way.

hot glue it place all the way around

(took out the "drawer")

hot glued around the top and tucked in the fabric

and added a button

VINYL DECORATED

used the love of my life (sorry Karl..but you are a VERY close second!)

this one is the life's a beach cartridge

thought one to put all your birthday's in would be sooo useful

you could write interests or hobbies or what you got them last year...

and while I had my cricut out...I added some initials to my daughter's headphones that she has to take to school:

nothing too spectacular...but she will be able to pick hers out pretty easily..

and because she didn't want to be left out:

Just categorized the inside with desserts, appetizers, and main dishes.
