Tic Tac Toe Valentines style

I have a confession. I am bad at tic tac toe. My husband wins every time. It makes me mad.  So I decided to torture myself even further and make a portable tic tac toe board for valentines day. So now I can lose all over town and not just in the privacy of my own home.      

Made a 5 1/2 by 5 1/2 square using FUN foam.(I love this stuff! --and it works great with hot glue!)        Made some pink strips and hot glued them down.

Cut out my x's in red, my hearts (o's) in pink

Reinforced the board with a square of hot pink

Made some pockets to hold the x's and o's

( they actually all fit down in--I pulled them out for photographic purposes.)

Put it in a pretty bag and slapped on a tag.

 I actually love writing XOXOXO on my letters....reminds me of my Grandma!
