cause i'm a winner...

so i won this book at my last bunco party...

and when i say won...i mean i stole.
i wanted it...and told everyone it was mine...
so i literally scared everyone into not picking it so i could have it!

and i felt guilty..

but not that guilty..cause look at all these cute projects i'm doing...

loved this bookcase background...

my bookcase needed a little spruce...

it's just a cardboard back..so i popped off all the nails...

and laid it down (i covered the back so when i get sick of it i can switch it back to plain the black)
took my fabric (it's the same as my playclothes suitcase)

and glued it on (you can use spray adhesive or hot glue)

then hammered it back on...

so fun!!!!!

here's my collection of books...

next project is this super fun travel jewelry case...
it's full of pockets..

and the strap across you put your earrings on it...

or tie your rings to it...
and it hangs up so when you get to your hotel or whereever you are going you just put it up in the closet or bathroom...

and when you get ready to go you just roll it up...
and then i made one in blue for one of my bunco prizes...

anyways..this book is totally fun and i love it and everything in it only takes one yard of fabric or less...and that's just my speed...

you can buy it here if you wanna.

  2. I am glad you stole, I mean won the book. I mean if someone else had won it, they probably wouldn't have shared it with all of us. & I wouldn't have known to add this book to my Amazon wish list. AKA how can I top off to get free super saver shipping list? :)

I love the jewelry carrier. I might even have enough scraps to whip one up.
