what would this week be without a post about ruffle fabric!  this one is just using scraps..cause you know nothing can go to waste in this house....

I had made a few hair things...that I loved...

and then it branched into this:

 to make my circles...I cut out some felt...and cut a strip of ruffle fabric...

(look at my hot glued fingers....)

I hot glue around the felt...and then pinched the fabric..make the ruffles more ruffly.

I made it all the way around

and then i started a new row on the inside....

for the leaves...I made a leaf shape...and glued around...

and then I added a button

painted my frame blue

trimmed some cardboard down to size and then painted it white.

and then hot glued all the flowers on.

added a ruffle strip at the bottom for grass

{this would also be cute slapped on some canvas.}

and ruffle fabric has some new stuff:

some crazy maze....

and did you know they sell ELASTIC!!!!

oh...I mean CUTE ELASTIC!!!!

i'm going to buy me some to make some suspenders like these:
