  2. I love the way your write your posts. I've never heard your real-life voice, but for some reason when I read your posts, it's like I hear you speaking them! So fun!

Thanks so much for being a part of this whole tradition thing! I am so in love with your tradition. I've always been a theme decorator on my tree - everything coordinates and looks "adult" . . .which means I spend a month trying to keep the kids away from the tree. How totally silly is that?! Not any more! I'm going for these fabulous ornaments from now on that they can touch and look forward to and decorate themselves. So much better than stuffy "no-touch" trees! Hmm . . . now I just have to figure out if I play catch up and look for ornaments from the past years that we've missed or start fresh with this year. What do you think?

  4. Wow. I read about your ornament tradition with your family. MUST START NOW! I told my sisters-- my son is only two. We have his first baby Christmas, and I bought him one last year. Now, this year is the hunt for the perfect ornament. When baby girl comes in February, going to have to make sure we do this for her too. Love the idea. (and Ive always love reading your blog!)
