and even more....next post is a craft i promise
From the Mitchell Family:
"There are some cheaper palces for vinyl. I use signwarehouse.com and expressionsvinyl.com. Expressions vinyl you buy it by the sheet for a couple bucks which is still cheaper than joanns and they have more colors. I hope this helps you out in saving a few bucks. They also ship it pretty fast. "
Dear Mitchell family. I love you. Love, AGAAGG.
Also, I just used my cricut vinyl for my window decal...and it rained (freaking freezing cold rain) and it is holding up just fine. even had the corner of my wiper swipe against it and is still looking great!
and since I am answering so questions from my comments...here's a few more:
The D.I. is an LDS church owned thrift store. (really called the Deseret Industries) They have them all over utah and idaho...and i think arizona..maybe more states...but I don't get out much so I don't really know.
Shower Curtain:
I used regular tole paint for my shower curtain...but if I was to do it again....I would buy a special water resistant ones. ( i have seen them around) and I just spray it with sealant they have in the craft section at walmart....(water resistant too) It's holding up pretty good...considering it's in a box in my garage. I didn't have a bathroom to put it in...but every time I take a shower I wish I had so I could look out!
okay did I miss anything? leave me a comment or an email if you have any more questions!
dear everyone else, I love you too. Love AGAAGG
Thanks for the vinyl tip!
