it's warm......spring blocks!

for the moment. (don't hold your breath)

It snowed on easter. snowed.

But this week has been beautiful...shhhh be quiet. don't scare it away.

I finally felt like it was spring.

I needed to represent. I need to shout out to Mother nature that spring is here and snow should not be around NO MORE!!!

Does this look strange to anyone else? Try to spell out spring? Missing something. Yeah, I laid these letters out about 5 times trying to pick which sizes I wanted. Then I layed them out to paint....and realized...I don't have a P. never in 5 times did I have a stinking P.

Got a long piece of wood ( I actually went up to my sister in laws house (they are doing some MAJOR reconstruction) and wood was everywhere. I mean scrap wood...wood they were just going to toss. Oh, I so loaded up.)

Painted it PINK!
BRight beautiful springy pinky!

Remember this paper from my hat box...loved it so much I had to use it again!

Just traced letters and cut out

see.theres my P.
Then I took my stamp and rubbed it around my edges.
Added some flowers.....and a butterfly. Cause what's spring without flowers and butterflies!!!!?

And guess what? I am selling one of these in my etsy shop....and  this one:
and this one:

now, hopefully spring will stay around long enough for summer to sneak in!!!
