i get to join in and share a sweet treat.....(did we all just gain 35 lbs? yup. sure did.)
(there is a linky at the end with all these yummy treats)

but here's mine (for the record--if this was a food linky...my first sentence would have started with...grab a bag of darn good chili....cut off the top. dump in pot....

(first: i've mentioned it before...but it bears repeating....being a food photographer SUCKS.)
dude. if you are on a diet...if you every want to be on a diet...or know someone on a diet. do not make these brownies.

they are nothing but fat pure deliciousness. skip lunch and dinner and make these. seriously. they are awesome.

they are layer upon layer upon layer of sweetness.
here's the how-to:
ULTIMATE BROWNIES
{this recipe fits a 9x12 pan}
preheat oven to 350 degrees.

bottom layer:
 1/2 cup margarine (softened)
2 tbS cocoa
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

mix together and put in greased cake pan.

NEXT LAYER:
6 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 tbs flour
mix. than beat 1 min until smooth and fluffy. spread over bottom layer.
then you sprinkle with chocolate chips (yup. seriously)
and bake for 25 min. then cover the top with marshmallows and put back in oven until tops are brown...

THEN:
FROSTING:
2 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine
2 tbs cocoa
mix than add
3 cups powdered sugar....

spread over the brownies while still warm.

after that you refrigerate....and keep refrigerated...it's yummy...and cold...and the choc chips give a nice crunch. and omigoshtheyaredelicious.

  3. Oh my goodness. The only thing I can think that is missing is about a cup of chopped pecans but this is definitely one I want to try.
