Patio Pillows

I have a patio swing that I love.LOVE LOVE  LOVE. I was at walmart awhile ago when they were first setting up their summer stuff and saw some cute pillows that would be so perfect for my swing. then I saw the price and thought....ummmm..no. I'm cheap. I mean I'm thrifty.

But i needed a pillow to lay my head on when I took a summer snooze.

I saw this for 50% at JoAnns

It's one of those plastic table cloth with the soft fuzz on the inside.

I knew I could use this

so cut this little baby up.
I had an old pillow that I just wrapped it around (it was already wrapped in faux leather (pleather)

I wrapped it much like a present...HOT gluing it all along the way. I tried to make it so it was totally sealed up.

So much cheaper than buying them from Walmart! and I konw that the fabric store has rows of outdoor materials...but I wanted something fast and easy....and I wanted to use my hot glue gun!

Now, I won't leave this outside. I will only put it out when I need it or when I want my deck to look pretty. I know it's not 100% water proof but it should hold up pretty good. and if something happens to it...just cut it off and wrap up some more!

I also use some to put on my old outdoor table. I buy a piece of plastic and put it over it. By the end of the summer the stripes will be faded so I just replace it each spring!

(Enjoying the one sunny day we had. it rained later that day!)
