About the girl

HI. My name is kimbo and I'm a craft hoarder. I have a unnatural attachment to my glue gun. I like crafts that are fast, easy and cute. I do more than just glue --but the glue gun represents me as a mom AND a crafter..whether it be making hair bows or gluing batman's head back on...

I am an Idahoan and I love potatoes; fried, baked scalloped, mashed....whatever. Blackfoot is where i was born and raised (and if you just finished that with the theme song from fresh prince of bel air..then YOU ,my friend, are in the right place) but i live in Pocatello now! (oh..and i should clarify that i went to snake river...NOT Blackfoot...it matters.)

I have been married to this man (lover isn't really his name..his name is karl. lover just sounds better)
for 9 years. (sometimes 9 verrrrry long years)

I have three kids....

8 going on 16

six

TERRIBLE FOUR
(ain't they cute?)
and a few baldspots from where I have ripped my hair out. love them to death but every once in awhile I have a SERENITY NOW moment. I am currently thinking of crafting a cage for them...pvc pipe...do you thing that would work?

Things I love:
no..not myself...my glue gun
all things crafty
chocolate
my family
quotes
good books (as if I have time to read)
super saturdays
painting murals
holiday socks
my church
sewing

Reality Television shows

a movie with a good twist (or anything with a hot guy)
Date night

Thrift stores
The color pink
My mother's chicken noodle soup
My electric blanket

  3. You are so cute....fun! I've just starting into the blogging world and noticed yours because I believe that a glue gun is a necessity in every woman's toolbox! (and plenty of extra glue sticks on hand) I also noticed you are from Idaho...me too! I live in Cedar City now, but grew up amongst the potatoes near Blackfoot Idaho. I went to Snake River High....oooh ya...go Panthers! Cute blog!

  30. Just wanted to say that I'd stopped by, as I just acquired a glue gun and was looking for ways to put it to use (I actually glued four glass bottles from the recycle pile together because I could, ha) Anyways, your writing style cracked me up, just thought I'd share :-) Will be checking in, so... uh... yeah! I guess that's all I had! Nice blog :-)
