kid craft monday: gloves!

okay...this week has somehow transformed into

i don't know how...but i love me a themed week....

luckily for me.....

you can get two for a buck at walmart...

and i know the dollar store carries some....

and even in the joanns dollar section ......

and it's pretty easy to make a pair of mittens

i love cheap.

i don't love boring....

so i started to think up ways to make them pretty......

(oh pinterest...how i love thee...)

but alas...mine are simple little things you can do to make them pretty...

not quite as pretty as the aboveness.....

and this kids craft monday post is brought to you by...the lovely lady at i am momma hear me roar...

she made these fun gripper socks...
but i thought it would be fun to decorate gloves!

puff paint is fun...you just need to be careful --when it doesn't come out---then those kids squeeze hard and it spurts out....so i just gave them a scrap paper to push until it started flowing again....

then decorate!!!! my son made the captain america gloves....

now we are like totally outfitted for captain america

and my i made my daughters pink ones....

she likes it...despite the face...
