A Girl and a Glue Gun is a crazy fab site and I can't believe I get to show you my fun

HALLOWEEN WAND.

I hope you all like it!

I'm kind of fanatical about wands.

(Not diet or excersise or health-- wands... explains so much sigh)

Anyway, I make them all the time for all the holidays.

They are just so fast and easy to make and they always turn out so great, so I'm obsessed.

SUPPLIES:

I got all my supplies at Michael's, but you can grab whatever you want.

Hint-- I like to make sure the top of the wand element is made with a syrofoam core. So much easier for setting the wand into.

dowel

tulle

ribbon

ornament

spiders

pumpkin

paint

DIRECTIONS:

Cut hole into the bottom of the pumpkin

Paint dowel

Squirt the hot glue into the hole in the pumpkin and stick the dowel into it

Cut lengths of ribbon

2 ribbon lengths and 1 tulle length

Tie a knot with a piece of ribbon and a piece of tulle and glue it in place at the bottom of the pumpkin

Trim the tails to the desired length

Tie a bow at the base of the pumpkin and glue into place

Cut the ribbon off of the ornament

Place a line of glue onto the middle back of the ornament and glue it onto the dowel

Place the spiders onto the ornament and ribbon

Seriously, how easy is that???

I would say the perfect project for the glue gun enthusiast!
