last day of elmers projects

i made this cute cake/ display platter using...yup. more foam core board!

disclaimer: night crafting.
(that was my way of excusing these bad pictures)

the pieces i cut...... (using a cutting mat makes the cutting so smooth! no jagged edges! think i forgot to mention that last few posts!)
i found this in my scrapbook box....that i bought 2 years ago. it's like i have esp or something. i just knew i would find a project to use with it!
 cut out some other paper...
 and glued them all on...
if you are superman and have awesome eyes..you can read EXTRA STRENGTH....but if you aren't superman...than i will just tell you i used extra strength glue stick by elmers....
hot glued the 4 pieces to make a square....
and hot glued it to the underneath to the circle.....
and then took MORE scrapbook paper and covered the edge.....
and then i decided to mod podge on the top piece.

and let me tell you. i really dislike mod podge. it always bubbles for me. argh.

but other than that..i love it!

okay...i have reached an end to my elmer's projects..(only because tonight i'm going up to my mom's house SANS kids and then going christmas shopping tomorrow with all the sisters--and i'm not crafting....NOT because i have run out of ideas..cause i haven't-- i honestly could call this a  girl and some foam core board......)  thanks to elmers! and make sure to enter my giveaway here!
