I added a few butterflies
they were originally on a string of lights...when the lights burned out...i ripped them off and saved them....
the pinks had to go a little lighter...that's the hard thing about it...getting it pretty 360 degrees!
my daughter literally said, " i think that's enough mom"
i honestly have plans for one more...
but i figure i can always add it later......
you can go here to see the process of ALLL of these
i redid the ceiling fixture HERE
and used push pins and invisible jewelry thread to hand them...
here are some other things i thought about slapping up on the ceiling...
these cool flowers....you could hot glue two of them together...but they were $8 bucks a piece.
yeah. cute...but not THAT cute...
these were 5 dollars...a little spray paint and they would pretty fun...
i think these were 10ish dollars....but super fun shapes!
i might have also thought about using loofahs
really. they would have looked cute...
here's my question..which one is your favorite ball/lantern/thingy?
That looks AWESOME!! It's hard to pick a favorite, but I think I'm leaning towards the tablecloth ball. I'm loving the butterflies too! Great job!!
ReplyDeleteI love it! I bet your little girl is in heaven sleeping in such a pretty room! A favorite? I don't know if I can pick just one! The table cloth, no the balloon and twine, oh I don't know!

They are all gorgeous! I love the pink one that has the roses all over them and the one that has the motifs, it looks like lace. I also like the butterflies.
ReplyDeletethe pink cupcake liner one. definitely. (or the tablecloth one.)
ReplyDeletemy favorite is the tablecloth one! You did a great job! i can see where it would be hard to stop
ReplyDeleteI think you should pit something sparkly hanging in the middle!!
ReplyDeleteLove them ALL but my fav just may be the rosette one! You are freakin awesome - that's it.
ReplyDeleteI have to admit, I was getting a lil worried about ya, but I love them altogether! Very striking, and yet, still sweet. My fave is the tablecloth one, but they work perfectly together, so if I made it, I would need to make them all!
ReplyDeleteToo cute! Love love the rosette one!
ReplyDeleteI like all of them but I LOVE the pink rosettes. So pretty! =)
ReplyDeleteI just love this for a little girl's room! I have 3 boys, so I'm yearning for some pink!
