a big fat ruined purse.
dumb bic.
(bic pen...not trying to be vulgar)
and you know...i actually won't use this purse anymore..
i've graduated to a big fat mom purse that holds..
you know all the major necessities..
....
but I knew my daughter would love this purse....cause she's so mature now and needs a purse to hold all her major necessities....
so i figured I would add a little flower to cover up the pen explosion...
just some rolled flowers...
add a pin to the back...
and i couldn't just stop there....
had to make a few more...
for the tutorial on this flower go HERE
Super cute!
ReplyDeleteLooks fab, and a great way to hide that ink blotch! I hate it when that happens!
ReplyDeleteSuch an elegant solution. I'm sure your daughter LOVES her own purse.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great solution. I think sometimes we get in the mindset that something must be ruined and we therefore throw it out. But we just have to think outside the box!
ReplyDeleteYou crack me up!!! I have that same lip gloss in my purse, the one next to your sharpie. Love that flavor of gum too. You totally have mom essentials in the bag i.e. under-roos HA!
ReplyDeleteLove the flowers you made, great idea. The first one is my fav. well done. winks-jen
Great idea! I had ink pen stains. I have the HARDEST time getting them out! My 8 yr son's favorite creative outlet is paper and ink pen. It has been for a few years now! He is currently sitting at the table humming and drawing. So, as you can imagine, we get a lot of ink stains :(
ReplyDeleteBrilliant I say!
ReplyDeleteoo good idea
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to say that I adore that one of your daughter's "essentials" is an Etch-a-sketch. LOL!!
ReplyDeleteLove it!! I have GOT to look at those tutorials. I know it's easy to do...so I have to get on the rolled flower band wagon.
ReplyDeleteAlso LOVE your mom purse contents! Love how you layed out the contents in an organized form to display in insanity that is a mom's purse! But where is your crazy pile of trash and/or receipts? And I the only one on that one? HA!
Super cute save!!!
Super clever say to cover up a stain. And that's quite a big stain.
ReplyDeleteI love it! And you're a super nice mommy! After seeing how cute it was with a flower I think I would have kept it! :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a good way to save something after a disaster. I like the pin idea so that it's interchangeable.
ReplyDeleteLove this!
