a necklace

I got all these leaves the other day...

.And after I bought them...I said to myself, "hot mama..why do you buy stuff that you don't know you are going to do with..." which normally I don't care...I've been doing it my whole life...BUT I recently I have piles of stuff that I do ACTUALLY know what to do with.....

but that's all meaningless...cause I came up with a use.....
a necklace (and some other crap)
but I had to buy a chain (from joanns..)
I basically just used BIG jump rings..and attached it to the chain...

easy and simple and out of the way..(I actually made it before church....I was needing a necklace...)

I also took the blue ones and made some earrings:

let me tell what I love about being in charge of this blog...
cause i can take a picture...and totally crop it so you don't see my pores and zits and my mini jay leno chin...just an ear lobe. I hold ALL the power!!!!

The chain I bought was like 42 inches long...so I had some excess.
(waste not want not)
so I attached it to a necklace I already had...It was a little to choker for me...but with this added chain...it was perfect to the o.

I thought it would be cute to attach a flower or broach or something to match your outfit....

a little interchangeable necklace if you will....

just some hot glue and a pin...(or you could swipe your daughter's hair things!)

do you want to hear the backside of this picture. I had NOT showered yesterday....and this was the tank top underneath my dirty chili covered sweatshirt...I peeled it off and threw on the necklace. if you could just see my unwashed hair and the day old mascara under my eyes...I would lose all my followers!

just so you know I bow to bev...best necklace maker ever! go check her out!

  3. Love it! And come on, the only thing wrong with Jay Leno's chin is that it's too big, so a mini version is perfect! =)
