  1. I was sitting here feeling sad that I didn't get any of those delicious and sweet little purple bags for Easter this year, and then here is this picture...*sigh*

  2. Today is my Mom's birthday too! ... Are we the same person?! The hubs calls me a "closet slob" because if it looks neat, organized and clean on the outside then I am totally fine! Happy Easter!

  3. Not judging, envying. I can't find any of those in the stores, and the bag I bought about a month ago somehow disappered...hmmmmm.

  4. I now feel bad for sitting here eating my bag of mini eggs while there are many going without today. Ok, maybe not 'bad' but maybe thrilled there isn't a shortage here in south Calgary. Yet.

    No judgement from this lady...my BFF said that under all that clutter she knows it is clean. {Clean dust maybe?}

    May your Easter be sweet and memorable about the "why" we celebrate.

  5. 2 things. First, take heart, they make them year round now. Just not the creme eggs. At least they do here in Canada. So if you need some next november, or you know, in May, send me an email. I'll send you some.
    Second, prior to this change where they make them year round, when I was in college, one year I decided to give up chocolate for lent (I'm not catholic, but a bunch of my friends were doing the lent thing, so I did too). I wasn't thinking that included in that chocolate would be my precious mini eggs. I was extra stupid and didn't stock up for indulging AFTER easter. Thankfully I found some two weeks after easter on choir tour in Montreal at some tiny corner store. They were not fresh. I'm sure they were not from that year. I'm sure at least 5 years old. Part of my was upset that i had to eat stale ones. Part of me happy that I had some at all. Part of me was curious as to where the stash was that these eggs could go unnoticed for five years.

  6. No judgement just total understanding...b/c if that was a Reece's peanut butter egg I would do the same. Yes I know they make peanut butter cups year round but the eggs just taste better..

    Happy Easter!!
