bookmarks

this is one of the funnest (it's a word) projects I have done...don't know why I got such a kick out of it..but I did!!!!

took my cricut..

ahhhh..bright light on the cricut

.and I used all the abc cartridges I had and just went to town and cut out all the random letters.

pulled them off and glued them onto my strips of paper.

I was able to use the outlines of the letters and cut circles around some..so I made quite a few letters... (4 bookmarks worth)

cut out a red read...

at the point I was thinking..maybe I should just frame this and screw the bookmarks..I love the white on white look

while I was doing something else.....my daughter "helped me"

oh and FYI
disappearing my butt.

ran it through my laminator..(love that thing) (thanks mom)

punched me some holes
added some ribbon

and then TRIED to get some good shoots without laminating glare!

and since it was spring break...I cut out some strips for the kids to color....

and laminated them as well!

and remember the one I did with pressed flowers and packaging tape?

AND other cute bookmarks

I HAD to make one of these..to easy and fun

  1. Love this. I don't have a Silhouette so it's nice to get Cricut ideas.

Restoration Furniture will be doing summer sales and will try to continue to post items for sale as well as provide custom refinishing for customers. Dusty Gem Decor is based on the same principles as Restoration Furniture. They too will post items for sale and offer refinishing for customers.
