She's got some good stuff. I'm first counselor, and I ALWAYS get bogged down with making things "perfect". It's so funny you mention the primary president bringing in a ball to toss to the kids. That JUST happened in our primary, and the president is my sister. I felt dumb for spending so much time on superfluous stuff. :)
