For people who love to look at themselves.

ME? Not really. I hate getting my picture taken. I usually do something weird instead of just standing there and smiling

But that is much ado about nothing.

I love personalized christmas gifts. And Walgreens have a great photo center...they can put your picture on just about EVERYTHING!

okay, ten dollars...you could mod podge a picture on your notebook for like 25cents...just saying.

once again...a little mod podge never hurt anyone.

My sister has a set of these...and they are so fun!

do I sound like a broken record-- MOD PODGE!

I got one of these done (at walmart...for $13.) It was for my husband when he was commuting.

my son feel asleep....on himself.

I love puzzles....but i won't pay 26 bones for one...so....

I made my own little puzzle using....mod podge

had this old baby bop puzzle (got it at the thrift store. It has heavy wooden pieces...and if you notice the pieces don't have too many curves.

I got this 8x10 picture done for free using a promotion from Walgreens....(since it was free...I didn't feel bad cutting it up!)

spray painted the puzzle....now...I have something important to say.. (Okay, everything I say is important....) but I used this spray paint and then when I mod podge...it dragged some of the paint and made my picture turn white (luckily only around the edge) So I had to mod podge the exposed white part  first and then mod podged the entire thing.

I did  two coats....and let dry completely

(My exacto knife broke..thank goodness for gorilla glue) But I just followed around the outside and then the middle all popped out...I turned it over and followed the wooden puzzle pieces. (you can probably use any kind of puzzle...but I would think it would take a lot more time cutting around all the pieces)

The finished product...
you can see the white from the paint spreading at the top...

In action:

a houseful of handmade made this adorable book....and shows you step by step how to do it!

  2. I love this. Oh, and I made that same mistake with Modge Podge once, only it was with black paint, made the pictures look horrible.
