Bought this set of 6 coasters at the dollar store. Didn't actually think that the design was too bad...but I knew I could make it a bit cuter....started picking paper. Had too many papers picked that I had to go back to the dollar store and buy 3 more sets. (instead of 4 sets of 6 I made 6 sets of 4)
You can never have too many coasters right?
Measured and cut paper to slightly overlap. Take your handy dandy spray adhesive and spray paper down to top.
let dry and take an exacto knife or scissors and trim the edges nice and tidy.
Mod Podge.
Let dry. Mod podge again.
let dry. (notice I am on the floor....my scrapbooking has overtaken the kitchen.)
Enjoy.
