Bulletin Board Re-vamp

My bulletin is long overdue for a rehaul. I found this fabric that I loved and decided to adhere it to my bulletin board (you know cover up all those holes)

Start with painting your frame...mine was already brown so I got to skip that step (yeah for me). Make sure it is dry. Then take painter's tape and cover it up.
Take it into a well ventilated area to spray with spray adhesive (make sure it can be used with fabrics!)
Put on your fabric and just smooth out. If any wrinkles --just pull up and stretch out and smooth it out again.
I cut my fabric big so it overhangs. I just took my cardboard cutter (you could use an exacto-knife) and just trimmed right around the frame.
Take off the tape.
now, you can leave it like this. I happened to have some leftover binding that I had bought that had the opening on the back...(you could use ribbon) and I just HOT GLUED it around the edge of the border just to make a more finished edge.
I stuck on my pictures and love love love it.
